  This follows up on G008-GC2 (FDO86), fixing a different execution path that can happen 
when processing a DataReader.  Two things needed fixing:

1. Column-to-Property mapping needed more logic to handle properties with 
multiple columns (ODBC or SqlServer).

2. Some old code needed removal.  It wrongly assumed that any column named 
"REVISIONNUMBER" (case-insensitive) should be mapped to a property 
"RevisionNumber".

UnitTest (Odbc, SqlServer, MySql)
