  This fixes a problem present since R042-BR3.  If a configuration file is in use, 
and no identifier property is given for a class, attempting to use the class 
results in a "Table does not exist for class..." exception.  This would 
typically happen after reverse-engineering a table with no primary key and then 
generating a configuration document programmatically, as Map and MapGuide do.

The issue affects all providers that use Schema Manager.  Note:  in the original 
Reliant code, the fix was only applied to the ODBC Provider to be more 
conservative.  This port to Granite applies to to all GenericRdbms providers.
