  Currently, when the GenericRdbms providers generate SQL statements for updating or deleting constraints, the statements refer to the constraint by name. However, for some RDBMS's (.e.g. for OWM-enabled Oracle tables) the constraint must be named slightly differently in the SQL statement.

This enhancement allows provider-specific Schema Manager implemenations to override the name of the constraint that goes into these SQL statements.
