  Steps in 3.2.x:

1. Create a FdoIConnection instance to WMS server http://cadc-brucejia.ads.autodesk.com/cgi-bin-2/mapserv.exe?map=wms/wms.map
2. Set connection parameter using the following setting.
    UserName = xxx
    Password   = xxx
3. Call method FdoIConnection::Connect().
4. An exception is thrown.

Result: Exception message is "The requested URL returned error:401".
Expected: Exception message should be simialr to "Invalid user name or password".


Steps In Map 2008:
1) Open the Data Connect UI
2) Select WMS from the list of available Feature Sources
3) Enter the URL http://cadc-brucejia.ads.autodesk.com/cgi-bin-2/mapserv.exe?map=wms/wms.map in the Specify URL or WMS Server Combo box for the valid WMS server
4) Enter in the valid username information in the dialog
5) Enter in the invalid password information in the dialog
6) Click the Connect push button in the Data Connections Dialog
7) Click the OK button

Expected results:
Error message should be presented that the username/password are invalid and a connection could not be established.

Actual results:
Failed to connect.
The requested URL returned error:401
