  This implements FdoFgfGeometryFactory::GetPrivateInstance().

The default factory returned by FdoFgfGeometryFactory::GetInstance() returns an object from thread-local storage (always the same one, for performance). In GetPrivateInstance() returns a new object every time.

This also changes the object pooling implementation for other geometry types to the same updated method as LineString.
