  Apparently the crash is due to attempting to free a vector already freed in ShpFeatIdQueryEvaluator destructor.
- Steps to Reproduce set to new value
  1. Launch MAP 2007
2. Create a SHP connection to the attached parcels.shp (in the zip file) and add the feature class to map
3. Right click on the added Layer and select Query to Filter Data item in the right click pop up menu.
4. In the Feature Source Query dialog, Click Add menu item and select Filter condition in context menu.
5. Type FeatId >= 20 in the Filter condition text filed. 
6. Click the OK in the Filter condition dialog and Ok in the Feature Source Query dialog.
