Moved SpatialContextGeom cache to the Physical Schema Manager so that column dimensionality can be obtained from this cache.

Added bulk loading for the f_attributedependencies rows, to reduce the number of query executions against this table.

Skipped bulk load of unique and check constraints, unless an ApplySchema or DescribeSchema is being performed. This causes these queries to be skipped on datastore open.

Skipped bulk loading of corresponding tables for the F_MetaClass schema. The only table needed (f_classdefinition) is already loaded when this bulk load is attempted.
