  This is the steps to reproduce this issue:
- Create a connection1
- create connection2
- Use connection2 to insert few features(less than 50).
- close connection2
- create an insert command using connection1
- insert a single feature
- close connection1

The Rtree may no have all the features. Basically if the single last feature is added to the root node, then only that feature will end up in the root node.
