  It appears a SelectAggregate that includes a GroupBy and an OrderBy fails with FDO error "property" already in the named collection. This is a regression from FDO 68 in which this worked. This also worked in the release of Tux using FDO 50. If the OrderBy is removed then the SelectAggregate executes.
