  The change described by atifact FDO103 introduced a new SDF schema version. As a result older version of the SDF provider will not be able to read new SDF file created by the new version. This change rollback the version change and provides a different solution to the issue addresses by FDO103: problems with classes with non-ASCII7 names.
The solution is to provide mappings for both the old MBCS based table names and the new more robust UTF8 based table names.
