[Fdo_issues] MySql: Missing libmysql.dll error should be improved

This submission changes the error messagesissued when the runtime(eg. 

libmysql.dll) is not found.

 

 

The following message was changed from

 

The runtime was not found (module LIBMYSQL.dll). 

 

to

 

"The runtime was not found (module LIBMYSQL.dll). Please verify your
mysql 

client component installation."
