The CRS in the GeoJSON spec is only a recommendation -- and at the
moment, there's no mechanism for anything related to SRS in
FeatureServer, so it doesn't do anything with it. (Note that the default
JSON from FeatureServer is also not GeoJSON -- you have to ask for
?format=GeoJSON at the moment for that.)

FeatureServer spits out exactly the same x/y/z as it was given -- so you
can feed coords as lat/lon or x/y or z/p -- the client needs to figure
out what that means when asking for the data.
