[Featureserver] FeatureServer error reading from mapserver WFS

Are you sure that you have OGR built with xerces / GML support? Check by
saving the contents and running ogrinfo on it at the comand line. 

Also, SVN will now report actual error messages from OGR, though I don't
know how useful that will be in this case.
