[Featureserver] multipolygon support?

Hi Brent,

Thanks for the info. 

I'm pretty new to this and could use some pointers figuring out how to 
set up vectorformats.  I checked out the vectorformats folder but I'm 
not sure what to do next to get this incorporated into my featureserver 
installation.  Any suggestions?
