[Featureserver] WFS to KML, any way to edit/fix up?

Hi guys, I'm looking at my KML generated from a postGIS WFS and there's a
few things that seem odd.

1) Not all features are displayed. 1100 out of 2096. Not sure how the
features are getting selected or if I have any control over which ones are,
in case there's a limit.

2) Popups not activated from clicking feature, but rather from clicking the
entry in the places list. I thought it was default behavior for Google
Earth to open the popup when clicking the polygon, but apparently not.
Anyone know how to add this?

3)
field is empty. Any way to populate this, even if it's
just the feature id?

Also, as a side question. Does anyone know if it's possible to add some
filters/styling to the KML output?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
