[Featureserver] Postgis datasource schema implementation

Hi list,

on my postgis often I use schemas for organize my data so I implement
PostGis.py file to use schema on my featureserver

I think this could be usefull so I atached the file

for use in featureserver.cfg file put

schema=myschema

(dafault is 'public')
