[Featureserver] Delete From PostGIS Problems

Hi John,
I am using psycopg2 (python-psycopg2-2.0.6-2). I did not make any
changes to FeatureServer to get it working (except for delete, of
course). Could psycopg2 have something to do with why I am getting an
error when trying to delete a feature?
