[Featureserver] PostGIS schema support

I'm currently in need of schema support when using a PostGIS backend. I found a patch[1]
submitted 2008-01-11 which provides basic support for schemas, but
trunk/featureserver/FeatureServer/DataSource/PostGIS.py does not seem to have had the
patch applied.

Was there a reason this feature isn't committed? If it's just a case that it fell through
the cracks, I'd like to submit a small change to the original patch.
