[Featureserver] GeoAlchemy Datasource

Hi list,

I have been working on an app using Featureserver with GeoAlchemy as a
datasource for a while now. The journey so far has been quite smooth.
I have also written a tutorial here[1].

Chris, do you think we can include GeoAlchemy as a supported
datasource in featureserver? In that case I will clean it up and send
as a patch.
