[OSGeo Finance] Changing Banks

I'm fine with the bank.  Can they do on-line wire requests?

I'm also quite comfortable with the TD - they are my bank!

I find their web interface pretty easy to use, and you can move money
back and forth between US and CAD accounts easily if that is of value.

Lets move on this as quickly as the finance committee is comfortable with!
