That's probably about all we need to do -- I just think it's important
that as part of approving the budget, we recognize it's a fluid
document -- as you outlined, some things can change :) and it would be
a good idea in advance to identify how you can compensate for negative
changes in your budget situation.
Budgets are sometimes a bit too binary -- reality is, things change
and flexibility is needed to adapt.
All in all I think everything is in good shape -- but I do think that
half the marketing set aside for the second half of the year would
probably be prudent in case we need to make changes.
