[OSGeo Finance] Report development

Folks,

I have a major proposal due this Wednesday, and then I really do plan  
to make a couple of hours time to read this over and add to it. I'm  
really sorry I've been unavailable recently -- but will try to chip in  
a bit more in the next little while.
