Great!
Speaking of the bank.. in case I didn't mention it already, since we  
are a US group and doing banking in Canada, the TD bank requires us  
to register with the province (British Columbia, in this case) as an  
"Extra-provincial Society".  I had to get a lawyer to agree to be our  
attorney on record in case of issues.   That is almost done, cost  
should be minimal.

On  another note, once I've got my FOSS4G commitments under control,  
I'll start to work on first (and second) quarter financial statements  
for you.
