[OSGeo Finance] Year end - quickbooks updated

Frank - Whew - I've got quickbooks all updated to year end now.  Boy,  
it wasn't so easy.  It took some sleuthing and cleanup, after finding  
a batch of transactions that somehow quickbooks didn't download  
properly from our bank account, but all our bank accounts are now  
reconciled for 2008.    If you are going to start looking at making  
some 2008 reports just let me know if anything seems mis-classed or  
otherwise weird.  I'll have a peek myself but after my retinas have  
recovered from this day long hunting spree!
