Motion: The finance committee recommends adoption of the attached Income & Expense, and Balance Sheet reports for the 2008 year to the OSGeo Board.

I would appreciate voting being completed by Friday morning in time for their adoption at the OSGeo board meeting.

I will also forward them immediately to the board for review, assuming that we will recommend them.
