One way to support this is to have a projected itemized trip report from Tyler to let us know how he intends to spend his time during the year. The estimates and trip locations would be highlevel and mainly to provide backup.

Dave,
I see this was 16K spent last year against a budgetted 20K. I have trimmed
the budget to 18K.

My expectation is that once other stuff is settled I would basically add
enough sponsorship to balance the budget and that would be our new sponsorship
objective for the year.
