[OSGeo Suomi] FOSS4G domain

Hi all,

I think it could just redirect to osgeo.fi until we can find someone to actually update the page. I'm no too keen on yearly URLs tbh (i.e. foss4gfinland2017...).

How much do domains cost these days? One geobeer per year?

Thanks but it is not a money issue - we just need to figure out where to maintain what and by whom. I'd be very surprised if there was somebody who'd buy that domain in predatory sense.
