[OSGeo Suomi] FOSS4G domain

[Ari Jolma]

Hm, I directed foss4g.fi to 91.232.156.81 which should be osgeo.fi (also 
91.232.156.82 is) but that gives now 503. Is osgeo.fi a name based 
virtual server?
