[FOSS-GPS] Chart plotter software

I am not a programmer, but I suppose that ogr is just made for that.

Hi,

How about OGR library [1]? Could it be used to open S-57? It looks
like OpenEV [2] and QGIS [3] use it to access S-57 datasets.
