[FOSS-GPS] Tool to shop map, save gpx track and follow a gpx track

Hi again!

What tools you know that one could use to
a) shop a (openstreetmap.org) map layer and the location of the user in it
b) record a gpx track
c) be able to show previously saved gpx track (then I could plan a
route in http://www.marengo-ltd.com/map/ or similar services)

Tangogps doesn't know the c) part. Freerunner is my targeted device..
