[FOSS-GPS] Graphical GNU/Debian now available on G1- Navit next?

Following the great hack enabling GNU/Debian to run on the G1, it
seems that X is now running:

I wonder whether this means we can run Navit?

I mentioned this at the proprietary AndNav2 site, to hopefully
generate interest in the possibility.
