Hello T.Takasu,

thanks for the new RTKLIB-release!

I have made initial trials and have a question about the use of the
RTCM-streams:
My equipment:

Rover: u-blox-receiver

RTCM-stream:
 WTZR0
Broadcaster: www.euref-ip.net
Location: Bad Koetzting, Germany
Operated by: BKG
Receiver type: LEICA GRX1200GGPRO (GPS+GLO)
Data format: RTCM 3.0 :
1004(1),1006(10),1008(10),1012(1),1019(120),1020(60)

More info at:
http://www.epncb.oma.be/_trackingnetwork/siteinfo4onestation.php?station=WTZR_14201M010

In RTK-Monitor i always get the "ERROR/WARNING"-message: "no base-station
observation data"
and in the line:
" # of Input Data Base/NRTK-Station:
Obs(0),Nav(62),Ion(0),Sbs(0),Pos(50),Dgps(0),Err(0) "

Nav and Pos count up, but Obs does not.
Where i m doing wrong?

Thank you for your help.

Stefan
