[FOSS-GPS] FoxtrotGPS: make new glade (GUI) file available for translation

Hi all,

Here is a little change I made to get the translatable strings from
foxtrotgps.glade to the .pot/.po files.

I've updated my Spanish translation of TangoGPS 0.9.6 to version
0.99.3, and then to current (07 May) FoxtrotGPS. Shoud I post a patch
to the previous .po file here? Or the new .po file?

I appreciate this effort to open the development of this app, and I
intend to contribute to the Spanish translation, help with testing and
maybe send occasional patches (if I find how to fix something :).
