[FOSS-GPS] Admin update

Hi there!

Just wanted to let you know that I've added lindi / Timo Lindfors as one of
the administrators of this list, just to be able to better if admin action
is needed.

And I'm also happy to tell you that we're over 200 people here now, 204 to
be precise. There is a huge amount of skills present so do not be afraid to
ask any free/open GPS software/hardware related questions, review or present
applications and latest research and findings, it will benefit also others.
