[FOSS-GPS] RTKlib begginer's question

As I understand if I want to add support of custom receiver then my aim is
to write a function "input_xxx" (like input_oem4 or input_stq etc). These
functions call functions like decode_xxx (like decode_stq or decode_javad
etc) that are responsible for decoding of custom messages.
