[FOSS-GPS] where is the repository of rtklib?

It's a lot easier to develop with a VCS repository, even if you are the
only contributor so far:
* It will remove the need for you to provide patches, and just point
people to the repository.
* It's a lot faster that way, to avoid people having to manually apply
patches. All they'd need to do is just update their local copy of the
VCS repository.
* It will also help with testing, so that you only do solid releases.
There's github.com and bitbucket.org offering quick ways to do this.
