[FOSS-GPS] rtklib ( no base station observation data for rtk )

Hi Willem, did you set up the output of RXM-RAW messages on both 
receivers and RXM-SFRB message on one of them (preferably on the 
receiver connected to the PC running rtknavi, to reduce the data 
transfer load managed by tcpsrv-tcpclient)?. You also need to set the 
"RAW" protocol mode on the ports used to output those messages in both 
receivers.
