[FOSS-GPS] FoxtrotGPS documentation (format?)

OK Folks, I have added a section to the proposed FoxtrotGPS
Documentation. Tilmann Bubeck has kindly sent me the material he
prepared relating to the routing additions.

I have just appended Tilmann's section to the end of the already long
doc. This is good for including in the tarball but not that elegant when
presented on the website. Might consider breaking it up a touch.

Anyway, folks, FoxtrotGPS developers in particular, please indicate if
this is heading where you want it to go or not. 

I will consider doing the same thing another way if you require that but
you do need to give me a hint at least !
