[FOSS-GPS] RTKlib begginer's question

I need to improve GPS location accuracy in real-time and trying to understand which options I can use
except using DGPS reference stations and RTK reference stations.
I am not sure whether observations/navigations rinex files can help me. I have access to observation and navigation
files in the nearest location from the rover, but they don't seem to help improve anything using RTKNAVI.
The files headers looks like:

I am wondering whether they can help me to improve performance in a real-time using RTKNAVI?
Thanks!
