[FOSS-GPS] PPP with RTKLib: RINEX O- and N- files?

Thanks, I am now trying to run RTKPOST with these inputs:
my own rinex 2.11 Observation file
igsXXX.clk file
igsXXX.sp3 file
brdcXXX.13n file

In the Options I am selecting PPP Static (which according to the manual
should be Q=7)
But when I run the program I get a Q=6 (ppp-kinematic) output file. Is that
correct?

Any ideas why this is happening?

I am using RTKPOST ver.2.4.2 b11
In the Options/Settings1 tab I have:
PPP Static
L1+2 Combined
Elev. mask 5 degreens
dynamics /tides: OFF / OFF
Iono: Broadcast
Tropo: Saastamoinen
Eph/clk: Precise
nothing checked on the first row
second row: GPS checked.

I am trying to compare my solution against web-pased PPP services at CSRS
and JPL:
http://webapp.geod.nrcan.gc.ca/geod/tools-outils/ppp.php
and
http://apps.gdgps.net/apps_file_upload.php

these web-based PPP calculations give similar results, but I am not able to
reproduce the data with RTKLib.
For example the clock error plots are much smoother with CSRS-PPP and APPS,
while the RTKLib output is very noisy.
Does anyone know how to reproduce the results of these web-based services
with RTKLib?

Thankful for any further ideas/suggestions!

Anders
