[FOSS-GPS] RTKPLOT connection error

[stoskopf at tri.net]

Program working well, but:

When I push Plot on RTKNAVI 2.4.2 b8 I receive error message:
  error: rtkplot execution

I thought RTKPLOT would automatically connect to the monitor port.  What
am I missing?
