[FOSS-GPS] Notes on Compiling the Latest FoxtrotGPS

Some notes on compiling the latest FoxtrotGPS. I just upgraded a
laptop from Debian Squeeze (6.0.7) to Wheezy (7.0).

* I had to install two compile time tools required for the compile:
  help2man, imagemagick. Wheezy versions are:

  help2man	1.40.10
  imagemagick	8:6.7.7.10-5

  Please add them to the build
  notes. http://www.foxtrotgps.org/build.html

* FoxtrotGPS seems to work just fine with the latest gpsd, commit
  d64afb745c825bd9e3644f638bee47d549535063.

* After a "bzr pull" it was necessary to run "./autogen.sh".
