[FOSS-GPS] Very Basic Question: RTKLIB not working with my receiver

Hello people,

I have a Navilock  NL-422MP U-Blox5 receiver and I cannot get anything on
rtklib.
my rtklib specifications chosen are:
Input Stream Type : Serial 
Port: COM22
BitRate 9600
Format: u-blox


OutputStream Type: File
Output File Path: C:\Users\DELL\Desktop\rtk

I cannot get any data on my rtklib. It just shows light green and dark green
coloring in the top panel.
The wiki (http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/RTKLIB ) says that NL422mp
should work. 

Can somebody please help me with this. Please
