[FOSS-GPS] uBlox M8T Data Stream

Dear Ananda,

RTKLIB 2.4.2 p10 already supports RXM-RAWX and
RXM-SFRBX provided by NEO/LEA-M8T. These
contain raw measurement and navigation data of
GPS, GLONASS, QZSS, BeiDou and SBAS.

(Galileo is not yet supported by u-blox)
