[FOSS-GPS] rtkrcv Windows executable

Good day,

I was looking for a running binary of the rtkrcv application of version
2.4.2 Patch 11. However, the official source seems to provide only binaries
for the GUI applications.

I need version *version 2.4.2 Patch 11 with the ENAGLO preprocessor flag
defined* (for GLONASS support).

Would somebody of you be so kind to build a binary and share it with me? You
would be a hero for me!!
