[FOSS-GPS] Ionex file content listing on the terminal

Dear All,
I just compiled rtklib for Ubuntu.
I ran also the test and had a look at the output. Furthermore,
I would like to simply read a ionex (attached) file and print its contente on the terminal
without provide any other nav file.
