[FOSS-GPS] Recommended receivers for precise fixed relative measurements

US$200 for a pair of carrier phase outputting GPS receivers?  Pretty much
the only option is NavSpark's NS-RAW module with an external antenna
logging data via USB.  If it's a one-time job, you might consider renting a
pair from your local surveying shop.
