[FOSS-GPS] How to compile new RTKLIB 2.4.3 B11?

Thanks, I can confirm that C++ Builder 10.1 does correctly compile and
make rtklib2.4.3b8, but not yet b12 due to the linker errors.
I would be interested if anyone else can verify this or which C++
builder versions are affected. It would rule out if there are any
missing .lib or .obj files in b12, otherwise I am stuck for a solution
short of rebuilding all the project files from scratch.
