These are very good results for PPP.
What kind of correction are you using?

The PPP configuration file includes an ntrip correction:
inpstr3-type       =ntripcli  
inpstr3-path       =user:password at www.igs-ip.net:2101/CLK31

Are you using ntrip to achieve such a result?
