[FOSS-GPS] Reading rtkrcv under GNU/Linux rtklib: PPP-static precision mode

If you are using the sp3 corrections, i think you need to change the
Satellite Ephemeris to Precise

pos1-sateph        = precise       #
(0:brdc,1:precise,2:brdc+sbas,3:brdc+ssrapc,4:brdc+ssrcom)
